Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Review these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher.

1. Redemption

To redeem your gift voucher, email your unique code to me at kwilliamsstudio@outlook.com

If the total value of your order is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be held on the voucher for future use. The original voucher code will remain valid until the full amount has been redeemed.

If the total value of your order exceeds the value of the voucher, you will be required to pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

2. General Information

This gift voucher is a prepaid payment method that can be redeemed for goods from kwstudio.co.uk

Vouchers are issued in GBP and can only be redeemed in that currency.

This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

3. Expiry

After the expiry date, the voucher will automatically become invalid and cannot be redeemed. The expiry date cannot be extended.

4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Vouchers should be treated like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen voucher codes.

5. Limitations

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
This voucher is for single-person use and cannot be shared.

6. Turnaround Time

For commissioned paintings, allow a minimum of one month for completion. Timelines may shift if I’m working on multiple projects. If your piece is time-sensitive, contact me early so I can plan accordingly.
